Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Expert with the experience and capability to provide full marketing support with limited guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing data-driven results and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who desires the opportunity to leverage their expertise without the stress of owning their own agency, and who values work-life balance and flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Work with a team of other marketers and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to client strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize client outcomes.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Commitment to maintaining work-life balance and achieving results without the stress of ownership.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in running or managing a marketing agency.
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
